Logging into your housing portal for the first time?

First time users must sign in through the link your landlord or property manager has emailed you when they registered you as an active tenant. The link to your housing portal will be in the following format:

http://Your-Property-Landlord-Account-Name.dwel-qa.zapbuild.in/users/login

This link will redirect you to your housing portal login where you can sign up. Once signed up, you can login on this page anytime while you're still a resident.

Having trouble finding the link to your housing portal?

Try the following:

- Check the inbox and spam of the email that you've provided to the landlord or property manager

- Contact your property manager or landlord and ask them for the housing portal link
